Meet Pastor Bob
Robert Earl Brackens “Pastor Bob” is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Mount Covenant Ministries of Oakland (MCMO) we are one church serving two communities in the City of Oakland East and West. Pastor Bob is a student of the Word. His love for the Word of God and his desire to see people have a genuine experience with God has made him a passionate communicator of the Gospel message.

Pastor Bob heard the words, “And you shall speak unto men to edification, exhortation, and comfort”, over 35 years ago. Those words have been the cornerstone of his life and ministry. Pastor Bob and his wife Stacee have committed to building a community of believers through faith and fellowship, one person, one family, one fellowship at a time.
Pastor Bob is also the Founder of Berith Family of Churches (BFC). Berith is a fellowship of churches, and ministries committed to Empower, Equip, and Encourage one another through fellowship.

Pastor Bob can be seen weekly on "A Manna Moment" broadcast which airs on the ministries YouTube and Facebook pages.

Meet Pastor Stacee
Stacee Brackens, also known as Pastor Stacee, the wife of Robert “PB” Brackens, Founder and Senior Pastor of Mount Covenant Ministries, Oakland, CA.

Pastor Stacee is the Founder and Director of W.I.S.E Women Ministries, which focuses on Women Inspiring, Supporting & Encouraging other Women. She uses this platform to impact the lives of women from all walks of life. She desires to see women be who God has called them to be and does this through sponsoring yearly events and outreaches designed to inspire, support, and encourage today’s WISE woman.

Pastor Stacee is a dedicated servant leader, passionate about connecting with people through networking, reaching out, and providing support services to those in need. She has led teams to provide a weekly coffee service bar in the community to a more recent Homeless Outreach Team (H.O.T.), providing kits to homeless encampments throughout the City of Oakland. She plans to expand these homeless care services in 2021.

Pastor Stacee is also the Founder of Webusi Consulting, where she, as a Sr. Recruiter, is all about promoting women and young people of color in technology.
​
Pastor Stacee recently started a Virtual Ministry for young children. The purpose is to guide them through the word of God, assist them in memorizing scriptures, and making Jesus become real in their daily lives.
​
Pastor Stacee loves walking, hiking, cooking healthy foods, collaging, and writing worship songs.
